1. What do I receive when I order a template from Spiders and Milk?

You will have your own mobile website with an integrated content management system that gives you complete control. You choose from our list of templates and we style it to match as close as possible to your existing website. The website files are then uploaded to a PHP5+ enabled server of your choice. We can host it for you should you wish, for just £20 a month which includes back-up, support and updates, or you can install and host it yourself with no further input or costs from us.

2. What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?

You may:

Build a website using the template in any way you like.

You may not:

Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).
Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content providing companies and individuals.
Make more than one project using the same template.

3. Is there any return policy?

Since Spiders and Milk is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped. By purchasing any article at our site, you accept and understand this condition. We only make exceptions to this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement with the parties concerned.

4. I ordered a template but haven't received any information.

5. Will Spiders and Milk help me to install my template?

Yes. we offer a hosting, back up and support service which includes installation of your template for just £20 per month. (Minimum term applies).

6. Do I need some programming skills to install a template?

No you don't. You can easily install a template in less than 5 minutes

7. Do I need a server with php or asp installed?

Yes, you need PHP 5 or higher. Our templates will not work when installed on a server that does not have PHP 5+.

8. Do I need to create a database?

No you don't.

9. I installed the template on my server, but I can't modify the texts and the images.

Please check that "templates" and "admin" folders and all their subdirectories and files have the correct writing permissions! If you don't know how to do this, please contact us.

I inserted the redirecting code but, when I visit my website using my mobile device, I still see the original website.
